Private Client - Contentious Probate

Salary Dependant on experience
My client has a solid reputation, built over many years of combing the traditional values of excellent customer service and client care with local and regional knowledge and expertise. The are seeking to expand further with the appointment of an experienced Contentious Probate fee earner
The Role;
To advise clients on all types of probate litigation, including IPFDA claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction application and claims of proprietary estoppel. Act on behalf of claimants and defendants on IPFDA claims including drafting proceedings, drafting witness statements, undertaking disclosure and instructions.
The Candidate;
The Ideal candidate will be around 1-4 years' PQE litigation either Private Client or Contentious Probate experience with a leading firm, you will be a qualified solicitor or close to qualifying. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to work independently on own initiative but also with supervision as well as excellent attention to detail.
