Head of Commercial Property

A superb opportunity has presented itself for a Head of Commercial Property to join a boutique commercial firm at their Chester office which is close to excellent transport links and amenities.

The firm provide highly specialised services and continue to maintain Legal 500 listings. The Commercial Property team have a solid reputation with an enviable list of clients. The team’s areas of expertise include acquisitions and disposals, construction, financing and re-mortgaging, commercial leases for landlords or tenants and pension fund transactions.

They are paying a competitive package of c.£50,000 plus dependent on PQE level experience.

The role

You will have a minimum of 6 years PQE and will be responsible for the strategic development, growth and performance of the Commercial Property Department. This currently includes 3 fee earners and 1 trainee solicitor. You will be able to demonstrate the legal and technical knowledge of all areas of Commercial Property law and practice. 

You will play a vital role in supervising and motivating a high performing team to exceed financial targets and mentor members of the team and the business. 

You will have the drive and determination to succeed and a passion for client service and delivering excellent quality.
