Commercial Litigation Paralegal

International firm looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal on a 6 month FTC.

Your new company
An international firm specialising in its insurance and corporate work. They are Top Tier in terms of commercial litigation, they require a Paralegal to join the commercial litigation team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. The firm pride themselves on their modern culture.


Your new role
You will support the team in preparing cases and assisting with a range of claims. You will provide administrative support to the legal team including arranging conferences, filing and preparing for hearings. In terms of litigation, you will carry out document management for contentious matters - including bundling, overseeing photocopying/scanning, arranging, paginating and indexing instructions to counsel and experts, CMC bundles, disclosure bundles, and trial bundles. Also involvement in disclosure preparation, electronic disclosure document review - undertake first and second level electronic document review. Legal research and procedure research will be involved.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will hold a minimum 2:1 degree in Law (or an appropriate conversion). You will preferably have one years' litigation Paralegal experience. You should have excellent administration and organisational skills, inducing diary management and good time keeping. Finally you should be able to work in a team and occasionally independently, managing your own workload and be methodical in your approach.
