Litigation Solicitor - 2 years PQE +
Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor/ Legal Executive required by established law firm in Bath. Opportunity to take over a varied caseload of work within a busy team.
Due to an experienced Lawyer leaving the team there is a role within the Litigation team allowing for an existing caseload of work relating to to Civil and Commercial disputes. This involves: consumer act matters, property litigation, contracts, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, intellectual property claims, inheritance disputes.
Ideally, you will have experience of handling a mixed caseload within a reputable firm with a couple of years experience as a qualified Solicitior or CILEX.
Within the role you will be confident in running your own files with support and be looking to work towards playing a part within business development and marketing.
Excellent chance to progress your career within a busy and friendly law firm and also have the opportunity to undertake disputes for clients within Bath.
