The law firm are proactive in business development and are forward thinking. The private client lawyer role will suit a private client solicitor or legal executive with a solid track record of post qualification private client experience. The successful private client lawyer will deal with all aspects of private client work including Wills, Probate and Intestacy, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Elderly Client Matters. The firm deals with an excellent level of quality work and the successful private client lawyer will also have an active involvement in marketing the department.
