The Role

This firm are looking for an Employment solicitor 1+ PQE to join their flourishing Portsmouth, Hampshire office.

The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect.

The individual will provide employment advice to a range of clients, as well as to colleagues seeking advice from various practice areas within the firm. The candidate will have good experience of:

* Advising employer clients on a range of HR issues, in both contentious and non-contentious settings;
* Drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts; and
* Winning the confidence of clients by delivering quality legal advice in a commercial way.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
