The Role:

You will be experienced in Financial Services and Capital Markets within a private practice environment. This role requires the individual to be in a current private practice role and used to dealing with high profile clients.

The team are well known for their work in Asset management, Custody, Alternative asset structures and most of their clients tend to be FCA regulated.

The ideal candidate will be used to holding and managing client relationships. Unlike alot of large firms, there is a great deal of autonomy to handle your own matters with support from the Partners and Senior Associates if needed.

The team are incredibly proud of their strong client base and ability to provide simple, practical solutions whilst delivering the highest level of service.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post-qualification experience at a major law firm in private practice. There is no upper limit to experience as the practice is growing.
• Financial Services & Markets experience is required.
• Essential that your previous role has been in private practice.
• Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and agreements in a private practice environment.
• An adaptable person who is a fast learner, with experience dealing with multiple jurisdictions.
• A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Must be comfortable client facing with the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
• Must have strong academics and commercially minded.
