The Role:

The Dispute Resolution team are looking for a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.

The team specialise in a variety of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, defamation claims, debt recovery and insolvency matters.

They are looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual with experience of handling complex disputes. You will be hands on with business development and proactive in your approach to developing your client base.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role. You will work alongside industry regarded Partners, most of whom were trained in the City. The team is forward-thinking, friendly and have real team spirit.

Requirements:

• Dispute Resolution Solicitor with broad experience and at least 3 years PQE
• Good technical knowledge
• Organised and capable of running your own caseload
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills are essential
