Finance Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Associate with at least 1 years PQE.

A leading full-service City of London law firm with a wealth of experience in Corporate, Tax, Commercial and Financial Law are in a period of expansion and looking for academic, ambitious Associates to join the team.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in providing advice in respect of banking and finance transactions including reviewing, drafting and negotiating relevant transaction documentation.

The team handle matters and advice across all aspects of Finance Law, Regulatory and Legislative developments.

This role will suit a dynamic, innovative Associate looking to develop a career in the Finance sector. The opportunities for progression with this firm are fantastic.

Requirements:

• Qualified Finance Associate with at least 1 years post-qualification experience at a major law firm in private practice. There is no upper limit to experience as the practice is growing.
• Essential that your current role has been in private practice.
• Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents.
• An adaptable person who is a fast learner, with experience dealing with multiple jurisdictions.
• A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Must be comfortable client facing with the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
• Strong academics and commercially minded with good technical knowledge within Financial Services & Funds.
