Job Details
This is an exciting role to join a highly specialist firm in dispute resolution with offices London and the South West. They have grown and now offer a full service ripe for cross referral work across their multiple department. Despite consistent growth they have still managed to retain their collegiate and family focused feel. One of the benefits being that they can offer flexible working.
The Firm
- This a specialist and boutique practice well known for its high-end dispute resolution work. They have since grown to become a full-service offering Employment, Corporate & Commercial, Immigration, Family, Commercial Property, and Private Wealth.
- Their main hub is in Central London and they offices spanning the South West.
- They have built up an excellent portfolio of clients over the years, and work with SME's, household names, and UHNW contacts.
- The firm has maintained a family feel and operate with the intention of allowing staff flexibility to facilitate productivity.
The Role
- The firm are looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2 - 5 years PQE) to join their London office in Central London.
- This role will involve a mixture of Litigation and Contentious Probate.
- The litigation side will primarily involve land disputes, landlord and tenant, professional negligence, and costs disputes.
- About 50% of the remaining caseload will be made up of contentious probate.
- The nature of this role being quite diverse means for an interesting role.
The Requirements
- You will be a qualified solicitor with between 2 - 5 years PQE.
- You will have good experience of dealing with a busy caseload
- Experience of mentoring and leading a team would be to advantage
- You should have good experience of developing business
- This role will be based in Central London
- Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure.
