Job Details
A leading law firm with a well regarded family department in Wigan are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to join their growing team.
This role would be ideally suited to a driven and ambitious Family Solicitor who is seeking to develop their career.
As the Family Solicitor, you will handle a broad privately funded family law caseload with a particular focus in divorce / finance cases. Therefore, you'll be very familiar with negotiating and advising on financial settlements and representing clients in financial settlements as well as divorce matters.
You will work closely alongside a Senior Family Solicitor and be part of a collaborative team which has lots of support.
You must be a qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2yrs PQE in handling privately funded family matters. (including divorce, finances).
You will have a genuine passion for family law, be commercially minded and be happy to have involvement in business development / marketing activities.
