Thames Valley - £30-£35ph DOE – ASAP start – 1 month (+)

An attractive locum opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil and Commercial Litigator to assist a busy legal practice in Thames Valley.

Our client, a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation in the local area, is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Litigation Fee Earner to hit the ground running and provide efficient cover for a period of circa 4 weeks initially with strong potential for further extension.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive capable of independently managing a full caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation cases with the support of a capable secretary. The caseload will be varied and typical matters will include shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, neighbour claims and civil disputes.

The assignment is projected to commence as soon as possible and candidates with immediate availability would be welcomed. An hourly rate of up to £35 per hour is on offer and is negotiable depending on experience. Candidates seeking a higher rate are also encouraged to apply and will be considered on a case by case basis.
