Residential Property Conveyancer – 5 years PQE

Our client is a national law firm with an excellent reputation based in central Cheltenham are looking to hire an experienced Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to their expanding team.

As an experienced conveyancer you will be expected to handle a wide range of conveyancing issues, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and development work. You must have experience of handling the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will at least five years PQE, have significant residential property experience and ideally have a following in the Cheltenham and Gloucestershire area.

For this role you will be managing a varied caseload so it is important that you stay calm under pressure and have the ability to effectively time management your tasks and work to strict deadlines.
