Are you an experienced technology solicitor, looking for your next move, with progression in mind in the Edinburgh or Glasgow areas?

QED Legal's leading client, an award winning firm in multiple areas, including in the areas of IP and Technology, have a requirement for an accomplished IT solicitor to bolster their increasingly busy department.

As the work will be non-contentious in nature, candidates from this type of background with a top tier Legal 500 practice are of particular interest as are candidates with experience of a UK-wide and international caseload.

This is a team that can boast to work for some of the most sought after clients in Scotland, the UK and beyond with a truly phenomenal track record in IT work for these instantly-recognised brands within retail, energy, infrastructure and high-end finance.

Joining this team would put the successful candidate at the forefront of work of this type, with a team that has a fantastic track record of career progression and achieving recognition for it's solicitors as the leading practitioners in the country.

Whilst my client is predominantly looking at solicitors around the three to five years PQE mark, there is possibly scope for slightly more qualified candidates at this time.

For additional information, or a confidential discussion, please contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

I look forward to hearing from you.

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
