Job Details
A leading regional law firm with offices across the North West have an opening in their busy family department in Chorley, Lancashire for an additional Family Solicitor or Legal Executive.
The firm have a great reputation in the market across a variety of practice areas, their family department is headed up by a very experienced and well regarded Partner.
Your role as the Family Solicitor will be to manage your own caseload of privately funded matters including children/parent work and ancillary relief. In addition, knowledge of LAA public funding would be highly desirable. Therefore good technical knowledge and experience in all family matters is essential.
You must be a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2yrs+ PQE in managing private family cases with little supervision.
