If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Cardiff. The dispute resolution department is ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories as one of the leading litigation departments in the area.

The opportunity is based in the housing management team who provide expert legal advice to registered social landlords and local authority clients. The department deal with all aspects of tenancy enforcement and assists with issues of nuisance behaviour and/or criminal activity within their estates or communities.

This role will include a wide range of tasks and responsibilities to include producing court documents, negotiating with other parties, advising clients and advocacy.

Due to the nature of this work the immediate attendance at courts throughout South Wales is often required. The successful candidate will therefore need to be flexible and have their own transport.
