An exciting opportunity for either a trainee solicitor who is due to qualify shortly OR a Junior qualified Company Commercial Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) who is looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor role with a leading law firm.
This forward thinking Legal 500 law firm based in Warminster area have a proven track record for success and are looking for a Junior Lawyer in their commercial team due to expansion. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.
You will be handling a quality general commercial caseload including company, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring, terms and conditions and business transactions.
This Wiltshire-based role as a Junior Company Commercial Solicitor will involve:
• The autonomy to handle your own caseload with the support of the team
• Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
