Personal Injury Solicitor 0-3 PQE - Salary Dependent on Experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen In Birmingham for a defendant EL/PL Solicitor to join an award-winning Top 50 national law firm as my client is looking for an experienced EL/PL Solicitor to join their Technical Claims team.

The Role

- To manage your own caseload of fast and multi-track EL/PL cases for one of the firm's key clients.
- Provide a range of high quality legal services on complex matters to the firm's technical claims clients.
- Supporting and developing the junior team members, delegating tasks to junior fee earners as appropriate.
- Supporting senior fee earners where appropriate.

The Candidate

- 0-3 PQE, must have previous EL/PL experience.
- Experience of working closely with a key client.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the civil procedure rules, and litigation experience.
- Attention to detail with the ability to explain/advise clients on complex technical aspects of process and procedure
