Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

Legal & Risk Services is an NHS in-house team of lawyers based in Cardiff. We are looking for a knowledgeable, highly motivated and experienced property solicitor to join a team, managing a busy and growing caseload of transactional property work on behalf of the NHS in Wales in respect of its hospitals, offices and primary care sites.

Experience of dealing with substantial freehold disposals, acquisitions, conditional agreements, option agreements and a solid track record of landlord and tenant work is essential. Some experience of property litigation and knowledge of the NHS is desirable.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and / or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Newly Qualified Defendant General Advisory & Clinical Negligence Litigation  Solicitor (Full-time)

We are an in-house team based in Cardiff providing healthcare advice and handling litigation for NHS Wales.

We are looking for an enthusiastic solicitor to assist and provide support to the NHS Continuing Healthcare team and also assist in the provision of general advice to Health Boards in Wales and the conduct of defendant clinical negligence litigation.

Ideally, you should have some experience in the following areas:

- continuing health care;
- defendant clinical negligence;
- NHS general advisory work.

This post will be a 3 year contract (with possible extension) subject to satisfactory completion of probationary period.
