The Role

You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 5+ years PQE. There is no upper limit to level of PQE as they're looking at even more senior hires also.

The Commercial team provide the full spectrum of services but this role will focus on international software, IT and outsourcing agreements and regulatory issues relating to their technology clients.
This is an exciting opening for a dynamic individual to play an integral part in growing and developing the firm's commercial capacity.

You'll be joining an established, forward-thinking and highly-reputable Thames Valley firm, working on incredibly high-quality work.

You'll undertake all elements of Commercial work, whilst also forming, developing and maintaining links with new and existing Commercial clients.

You will be a Commercial Associate with 5+ years PQE.
