Corporate Real Estate Solicitor-
Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a rare an exciting opportunity for a 2-5 PQE Corporate Real Estate Solicitor to join a magic circle practice.
The successful candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating both direct real estate and corporate real estate transaction documentation including:
- Share purchase agreements
- Joint venture documentation
- Asset sale agreements
- Landlord/tenant documentation
- Provide real estate advice and input on Finance and Corporate
- support matters.
