Health and Safety/Corporate Crime Lawyer
Leeds
Our client is a leading national practice recognised in all the leading legal directories as leaders in a number of fields.
They are looking for a talented Health & Safety/Regulatory Crime Solicitor to join their pre-eminent team in Leeds.
You will be acting for leading, large national, international and regional companies, across multiple sectors who are under investigation and/or being prosecuted by the Police, HSE, Local Authorities, Environmental Agency and other bodies.
The candidate will have excellent experience of dealing with private paying Crime and Regulatory work at a large regional or national practice or perhaps a boutique practice. The role is varied and you will be dealing with matters under caution at the Police station or other locations, advocacy at both inquests and in criminal proceedings.
This role is pegged at Senior Associate level so you must be comfortable and have experience of business development and be able to help lead and shape the team.
The salary is highly competitive based on experience with great benefits.
