Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Private Client Department in Northamptonshire. The team provide expertise in all areas of Will preparation, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Mitigation and Court of Protection issues.
This varied role will see you providing support to fee earners across the Firm with responsibilities including drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, court of protection applications, and assisting with probate files and the administration of estates.
You will also be involved in drafting client care letters, preparing attendance notes and the full range of administrative duties such as filing. Candidates with practical experience in a Private Client setting will be at a strong advantage, as will those with a good understanding of the main areas of Private Client Law. Excellent customer service skills are essential along with good time management and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
