Health & Safety Solicitor Legal 500 Firm

This client, a leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a specialist regulatory solicitor to join their highly regarded Health & Safety team. Ranked in the top tiers of the Legal 500, Chambers and various other legal publication, the team is a key player in Health & Safety litigation.

The role will involve managing your own caseloads of litigated health, safety and environmental cases, with occasional involvement in road traffic prosecution cases. Associates in the team represent clients at PACE interviews and are also involved in advocacy at magistrates' court hearings and inquests.

The successful candidate will hold 5 PQE + in dealing with health and safety matters as a solicitor or legal executive. Experience defending HSE, EHO, CQC cases is required, experience handling road traffic prosecutions is also desirable. In additional the candidate will hold sound technical skills, have excellent attention to detail complemented by strong academics.
