Legal Counsel, 3-6 PQE

Douglas Scott are pleased to present a new opportunity to join a International business at their UK Headquarters in Birmingham. Our client is a leading player in the Manufacturing and Retail space.

We are seeking qualified UK Solicitors from either In-house or Private Practice with strong Commercial Contracts experience who wish to work in a rewarding culture with renowned high street brands.

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expertise to the UK and European business for all commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation. This will include procurement, sales, T&C's, logistics and more. In addition, your remit will cover IP/IT matters in the form of Brand Protection and online digital presence in relation to the strategic direction of key brands. Working closely with the UK based General Counsel and the wider European Legal team, you will play a key role in ensuring the UK and European business delivers its growth strategy into new markets.
