Litigation Paralegal

Our client provides a dedicated and specialised legal & debt recovery service for both private companies and local authorities nationwide. Due to expansion and growth they are looking for a Paralegal who has experience in any form of litigation, but has a keen interest in debt recovery and insolvency to join the firms Wigan office.

Recognised Nationally as a specialist in Debt Recovery, Litigation and Insolvency, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal who has a genuine interest in Debt Recovery to join the Firm at a time where rapid growth is anticipated.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Paralegal. The candidate can multi-task and have great communication skills, excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, and an ability to prioritise workload and stay organised. Ambitious candidates who wish to manage a varied caseload of debt recovery work, primarily focussing on Local Authority Debt Collection are invited to apply. Successful candidates will be technically strong and have prior experience of debt recovery, ideally including experience of issuing Statutory Demands, Dealing with disputes and arranging Payment Plans.
