Family Solicitor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor wishing to take a step up the career ladder to lead our Family Law team.  This vacancy arises from the impending retirement of the current team leader.  The team is based in Kenilworth and serves clients at both our Kenilworth and Coventry offices

The Role:

Applications are sought from Solicitors with a strong background in all aspects of Private Family Law to play a key role in leading and developing the team.  You will be handling a varied caseload of family matters covering but not limited to divorce, separation, finance, property and pension arrangements, children issues, domestic violence, TOLATA, cohabitation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.  You will be dealing with a wide range of clients and working in conjunction with our marketing team to promote business development opportunities.

You will be highly driven and enthusiastic with an eagerness to deliver significant results and support the firm’s plans for growth.  You will possess excellent leadership, communication and advocacy skills and the ability to use your own initiative.  You will be expected to hit the ground running without the need for supervision and efficiently prioritise your work load while enhancing and promoting the firm’s excellent reputation through networking in the local area.
