The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Partner into their lovely City of London office. They are interested in hiring lawyers with Corporate & Commercial expertise, whether in the sectors already covered at the firm or in any other sector in which the Partner has an interest.

Corporate & Commercial is a very busy department and their team in London is thriving. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload and high profile clients.

You might be a Senior Associate seeking a route to Partnership, or perhaps a Partner seeking a unique lateral opportunity.

The teams entrepreneurial culture is conducive to business development and knowledge sharing. They are collaborative, support one another and are very much a collegiate environment with the client at the forefront of all decision making.

The role would suit a Partner from a City or major national law firm. Depending on the extent of the Partner's client base, the firm would consider recruiting a junior team to support the Partner in the development of this practice.

Partners are provided with office facilities and support at the City office but have flexibility to work wherever they wish.

Partners can also choose on a full time or part-time basis.

Requirements

• You will be a specialist Corporate & Commercial Partner or Senior Associate at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
