Bristol
NQ - 3 PQE
An award winning, defendant law firm based in Bristol seek a Solicitor for their Medical team on a full time, permanent basis.
The firms market leading medical law team provides advice and support to healthcare organisations, taking pride in delivering high quality support to their clients.
The Role has arisen for an NQ - 3 PQE solicitor to advise the firms clients on a range of healthcare issues (litigated & pre-litigated). There will be a requirement to represent clients at inquests, and provide advice on mental capacity and mental health law; best interests and Court of Protection matters.
Experience:
* General healthcare law experience
* Advocacy experience
* Previous inquest experience is desirable but not essential
* An understanding of mental health and mental capacity law, health and safety practice and Court of Protection matters is desirable but not essential
