Job Details
Well known regional firm are now looking to appoint a Family Law Solicitor or Qualified Legal Executive to be able to work between a couple of locations in the East of England. So you should be an experienced fee earner, able to supervise others and be in possession of a full clean driving licence.
The opportunity is with a high profile Legal 500 firm who have won many awards and have a presence across the East Midlands and the East of England.
You will have the opportunity here to forge your own reputation and you will be motivated by picking up high grade work in an area which offers high net worth opportunities within the field of privately funded family law.
You could be at any level of post qualification experience and you could have gone through the solicitor or the legal executive route. You will be expected to handle a wide range of Family Law matters, such as Divorce, Matrimonial, Financial Settlement, Private Child, Cohabitation Agreements, Settlement Agreements, Civil Partnerships and much more.
You will have excellent communication skills and be driven by service to the community and by the ambition of forwarding the reputation of both the firm and yourself, as the "go-to" point of contact for the area.
You should have experience of conducting your own advocacy and it would be advantageous if you have Family Panel status although that is not imperative as there are many work sources coming into the firm,
The East of England is a superb place to live and work , offering very good value house prices and an extremely high quality of life.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
Perhaps you were brought up in the East of England, went to school or university here and would be happy to return. The area offers fantastic opportunities for family Law as it is an area of high net worth matters.
