Commercial Property Solicitor - Norwich

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a legal 500 firm in the Norwich area who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team.

The firm is open to the level of PQE and so all levels are encouraged to apply.You will be joining an existing team dealing with high quality transactional work for commercial clients across a range of sectors. The role involves a broad and varied workload and you will be expected to have a good understanding of issues such as acquisition and disposals, development of land issues, lease issues, securitisation of assets and property development projects

In addition to the fee earning side of things you will also have the opportunity to get involved with the marketing and business development of the department and really develop a name for yourself as well as the firm.

This role could be of equal interest to a junior solicitor looking to give their career an early boost by working alongside a supportive and friendly team or alternatively a more experienced lawyer loooking to continue their career as a key part of one of East Anglias leading departments

The salary for this role will be based on experience but will be highly competitive and as part of a good overall package.
