Job Details
A residential development solicitor is sought for a top 100 firm to join its Bristol based commercial property development team. If you are a residential development solicitor looking to work with a diverse range of clients alongside technical experts then look no further!
You will be a residential development solicitor of around two years’ post qualification experience looking to join a highly regarded real estate group.
In this residential development solicitor role, you will be working for a range of developer clients and technical experts who are well respected in the commercial property industry. You will gain the opportunity to work on large complex deals, running your own caseload of matters within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
The team offers opportunities for progression, exposure to quality clients, and a competitive salary, whilst still allowing you to maintain a genuine work/life balance.
Ideally, to be considered for this residential development solicitor role, you will have at least two years’ commercial property experience, and residential or commercial development experience is preferred, but not essential.
