Residential Property Conveyancer
A superb opportunity has risen for a Residential Conveyancer to join an award-winning, Lexcel Accredited leading law firm, providing outstanding service and legal support to individuals and businesses.
You will be joining an established and specialist conveyancing team who as well as providing the highest quality of conveyancing, possess unrivalled knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- As the Residential Conveyancer, you will manages a wide variety of interesting work, including:-
- Traditional conveyancing
- Freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, including lease extensions and shared ownership leases
- Right to buys
- Transfer of equities
- Re-mortgages and equity release schemes
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- New build transactions
Requirements:
- You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experienced in managing a high caseload from file opening through to completion
- Excellent file management and drafting skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You will have sound judgement and business sense and the technical expertise to assist clients
