Forming part of a wider litigation team, this new role will focus on professional indemnity and negligence actions. The team is highly skilled in this area and attracts complex and high value cases so the quality of work is excellent. You will have the benefit of managing your own cases as well as assisting colleagues on more challenging cases.

To be considered, it is essential to have previous experience in professional negligence actions. We would be delighted to consider applications from lawyers, who are currently undertaking a wider caseload of commercial or civil litigation cases, provided you have previously managed professional negligence instructions. Ideally you will be able to offer experience of solicitor, construction and surveying actions. You will also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of CPR, investigating liability and working effectively with counsel and experts.
