Legal Counsel

We are working in partnership with a Global FMCG business in their search for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team for an initial 12 months, based in London.

The company is a long-established international brand operationing in over 100 countries.

Specifically the role sits within the Global reatil team and will require the successful candidate to:

• Draft, negotiate and review a range of commercial contracts on a multi-jurisdictional level
• Collaborate with a number of departments across the business on all legal matters
• Provide commercial advice on compliance and regulatory matters
• Lead on contracts and implement new systems to streamline processes

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified lawyer with strong experience working In-house
• Have excellent General Commercial experience
• Have worked on an international level
• Previous experience working across the FMCG and retail industries will be advantageous

The role requires the candidate to start as soon as possible.
