The Role

This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their office in Nottingham City Centre.

The Commercial Property department is one of the largest in the firm, they have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base. You will work as part of a small, very experienced team and part of a wider team in the other office. Fee earners are not just technically strong, but also excellent at generating business.

The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Acquisitions and disposals, Licenses to assign, Sales and purchases, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant and Development work.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, particularly as the department has further growth planned.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be based in the growing Southend office
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a very lucrative bonus structure and benefits package.
