The role

The is looking for a talented litigator to join their team of hardworking and motivated professionals in their Birmingham office. You will manage a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims. This will offer you a chance to implement sound judgement, excellent client care, confident decision-making and significant legal knowledge and expertise.

The requirements

• An admitted Solicitor or Legal executive with a good knowledge of PI law, CPR rules on evidence, litigation process and funding.
• Substantial experience in handling specialist personal injury claims and exposure to trials, you will have experience in handling a caseload of Multi Track valued Accident claims from beginning to end, including employer, public, occupier and product liability.
• Ability to prioritise workload while maintaining thorough attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication
