Due to increased workflow, they are seeking to recruit a new Residential Development Lawyer into their Middlesex, West London office.

Real Estate is one of the firm's core areas, and over a period of 60 years, they have to build a client base worth boasting of. The practice now employs over 100 staff across three Middlesex offices; despite their location, a good proportion of their work is central London based. Culturally, they are progressive, dynamic and commercially minded. They have a staff retention rate of 98% and invest in staff allowing for career progression.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join this Top 200 firm in their Uxbridge office,

The Private Client department is the strength of this firm with a team of over 30 in the Wills and Trusts department alone. The department are often highly ranked in the Legal 500 Top Tiers and in Chambers. They are nationally known for the quality of work that they deal with. Clientele is often that of a HNW and UHNW nature.

You will join a Top tier, leading national Private Client team. They handle a broad range of Private Client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Probate and Estate and Tax Planning.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Private Client Lawyer with at least 2years' PQE (there is no upper limit on experience)
• Experience of managing a department is advantageous but not essential
• STEP Accreditation is preferred although not essential
• You will have strong client management skills to manage an exciting and diverse workload
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge, with an eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
