Job Details
Due to expansion at this Legal 100 firm in Guildford an opportunity has arisen for a construction solicitor to advise clients on a range of contentious matters.
The construction department act for an array of clients; employers (corporates and high net worth individuals), construction professionals, contractors and sub-contractors and typical disputes include payments disputes, professional negligence claims and issues of delay and defective works.
Ideally you will be experienced in adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC and this position will suit an to mid career construction solicitor who enjoys litigation and wants to make their mark.
