This is an exceptional vacancy to join a well established Commercial Real Estate team who are “Highly Commended”. The role will be based in Surrey, where the firm are looking to hire a Senior Associate or Partner due to expansion.
 
The Real Estate department in this office has nurtured their clients over several decades by offering quality, personal partner contact making this department one of the strongest in the area.
 
Clients they act for range from; national developers, regional house builders, landowners on multi million-pound disposals and acquisition. 

Providing legal advice on a full range of non-contentious commercial property matters; landlord and tenant, commercial leases, planning, property development, acquisitions and disposals of unincorporated businesses and investment property and secured commercial lending. 
 
This team are committed to actively participating in and making a positive contribution to the business and activities of the local community so will look for someone who has either connections in the area or strong at developing client relationships. 
 
Working as a key member of the Real Estate Team you will manage a busy caseload of complex transactional property work and demonstrate the qualities of a senior solicitor in supporting the junior fee-earners.
