Private Client Solicitor - Our clients, a large highly regarded, leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a further private client solicitor to join their thriving Legal 500 team, specialising in Court of Protection matters.

Based at one of their West Kent offices they now need a court of protection specialist with c.1-3 years PQE and a good all round knowledge of general private client law. The firm act for individuals who need sound legal advice and guidance during a difficult time in the life, this could be due to learning disabilities, mental health problems, old age or clients who have suffered severe brain injuries and are incapable of making financial decisions. Reporting to the head of the department you will be managing your own caseload whilst assisting and liaising with the team on more complex cases.
