The Role
This ever-evolving law firm is excited to welcome an experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner to their St. Albans, Hertfordshire headquarters.
You will join a busy, thriving department, the firm are currently succession planning and are currently looking for the right candidate to take over from a Partner who is due to retire. You will inherit an excellent caseload of high quality work.
The successful candidate will have experience in lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charges and rent reviews. You will also, ideally, have some experience in high-end residential property litigation.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE, I urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• You will have a good billing history
• Experience of managing a team is to advantage, but is not essential
• You will be a commercially minded individual
