Commercial Associate/ Senior Associate 5PQE+
A Top 150 UK law firm is looking to further develop its commercial offering with the appointment of a skilled Commercial Solicitor to its offices in Southampton. Working as part of a 20 strong team, you will have the opportunity to work on local, regional and national matters. The team boasts and enviable client portfolio inclusive of several household brand names.
The Corporate Commercial Team advises across the full scope of matters inclusive of corporate transactions, commercial contracts, banking and finance, corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and restructuring and insolvency cases.
