Job Details
The perfect role has arisen for a private client senior associate solicitor looking for a step up to partner level.
This large and respected law firm are growing their private client team in Bristol. They are seeking a senior solicitor to join them and work directly with the head of department.
This team work alongside the corporate, tax and commercial property teams advising clients including high net worth individuals on a broad range of matters.
Your caseload will likely include advising on:
- IHT planning - Wills, LPAs & Trusts
- Protection of Wealth & lifetime giving
- Pre-sale tax planning advise for shareholders of private limited companies
- owner managed business succession
- trusteeship & estate administration
