The firm is well known both regionally and further afield and deal with excellent quality work.

This role is perfect for those associates/senior associates whose career progress is perhaps blocked as a result of the structure of their current team being such that promotion is not possible, or for an existing fixed-share Partner or someone very close to it who is looking for a new challenge.

There is plenty of work to go at and it, and it is varied dealing with landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and development work. Mixed with fee earning will be an expectation and desire to help grow the business through marketing, business development and maintaining and forging existing and new business relationships.

There is an excellent client base and you will be advising regional Yorkshire practices and larger national PLC's too.

The Commercial Property team work closely with Corporate to grow the general commercial offering of the business.

A following is not necessary however the Firm would be keen to speak with those who are able to bring work and contacts into the business

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
