Private Client Solicitor, HOD – This small but highly successful Surrey practice are now looking for a further senior solicitor to lead and manage their wills & probate department.

They now need an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and who has a proven track record in all aspects of wills, probate, trusts, POA, COP and tax matters. Candidates with STEP and SFE qualifications are high desirable however not essential. This is a serious career development role and will involve management of the existing case load and taking the lead role in promoting the department with a view to securing new business.
