A rare opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Conveyancer to join a thriving law firm in Warwick on a part time basis. This position would be ideal for someone seeking to work two to three days a week although other working patterns will be considered.

The successful applicant handle a manageable caseload of landlord and tenant work and simple commercial property transactions. They will act autonomously and be comfortable handling a caseload with no supervision.

The firm is well regarded and attracts high quality work for a diverse client base. They have modern, easily accessible offices with free on site parking.

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and will be the full time equivalent of £28,000 to £36,000. Given the nature of the role we are interested in hearing from candidates of all levels of experience and so candidates with salary expectations outside this range will be considered on a case by case basis.

Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced non qualified Commercial Property Fee Earners. It is essential that you are able to handle a caseload unsupervised.
