Well established Sussex firm are looking to utilise the services of a family locum to cover maternity leave.

Commencing in January, this role is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the prospect of a permanent role at the end of the term for the right candidate.

Applications will be considered from solicitors, legal executives and non-qualified candidates; however, you must be confident handling a busy caseload of privately funded family law matters without supervision. Applicants must have experience within the following:

• Divorce
• Finance
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Private law children act matters
• Civil partnerships
• Pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements
