Job Details
This is a great opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to work for a Legal 100 firm in Gatwick.
With a minimum of 2yrs' PQE working in a corporate and/or banking team, you will be joining as an Associate Solicitor working alongside the partners on corporate and banking matters.
You will be working on your own caseload under supervision which will include acquisition and sale of private companies, general shareholder and director matters for private limited companies as well as a wide variety of banking transactions acting for banks or their borrowers.
This position would suit someone who is ambitious and experienced with marketing and business support, as you will be working with the partners to grow the corporate business.
