Family Solicitor

Our client is a young, forward thinking law firm in the heart of Liverpool City Centre and they require a Family Law Solicitor to join their team and build a Private Family Law Practice.

Responsibilities and Duties

• A suitable candidate will be involved in all aspects of work relating to the breakdown of a personal relationship, which will include, divorce, separation, cohabitee disputes, financial, property and pension claims, along with child residence and contact issues.
• An understanding of the new court procedures and a comfortable approach to court dealings would be expected of a candidate.
• Candidates who have experience in building a department and/or have a strong Client following are invited to apply.
• Previous experience of a similar position would be an advantage, as would a minimum of 3 years PQE

Essential Skills

You will be highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. This is a client facing role so excellent all round communication skills are essential. You will be a dedicated and ambitious individual with excellent academics who is keen to develop your career further.

This position would suit a dedicated and passionate Family Solicitor who is keen to move to a firm which strives to advise and support their clients throughout the entire process.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
